HP direct, in conjunction with their promotional discounts, is the best way to purchase ink. I've tried "re-manufactured" ink from several vendors and it's just NOT worth the hassle for me! Buy OEM.

B&H Customer Service is top-notch. Now the same experts are available via live online chat. You type your request/question/issue, and within a minute, they respond with a link to the most appropriate product(s) to meet your need, within your price range. They also provide recomendations and advice on potential options. I have never been disappointed with their service, nor the products they recommmended to me. I am a pro photographer, and in one session, I got help on a monitor calibration device/software, a quality display, replacement bulbs for my soft box, a digital photo frame, and a reflector stand that can double duty as an umbrella stand (with an attachment). They seamlessly connected me to the relevant experts to provide recos on the software, hardware, lighting and accessories. Everything arrived within a couple of days, packed so professionally that with the same box, you could have transported eggs without a crack! I am a loyal B&H'er, and highly recommend them.

I chose to complete check out through Amazon. I was not given the opportunity to add a gift card. I was not given the opportunity to print information about the vendor. When the product was delayed I had great difficulty tracking the vendor, the purchase and the shipment.

I didn't like the come-on about a $100 premium which turned out to be subscriptions I didn't want to three magazines. I had trouble getting out of that, because the window told me I had to choose one. I did get out, and I'm not being sent any magazines I don't want. The next time I'm offered something great for free, I'll just reply no'.
