2012-05-19 byThis was a re-order, since the first time we ordered this table, it arrived damaged. We had a hard time getting customer service to get us the correct information about when the damaged item would be picked up (the first agent told us it would be picked up in 2-3 days, then when it wasn't picked up then, the next agent told us 10 business days, and then we had the issue escalated and it was eventually picked up a week after we placed the return request). It's now 2 weeks after the damaged item was picked up (3 weeks after reporting the damage), and we still have not received the refund for it. Not very satisfied with Home Depot's return process.

2012-05-21 by IderlinaI made an online oreder to be picked up at the store. I received a confirmation that the oreder was received and another one that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived at the counter and said I was here to pick up an order, the clerk asked what was my order for and proceeded to contact someone. The next person asked what I ordered and after several minutes retrieved a copy of my order and proceeded to fill it while I waited. I had to tell them 3 times what was on my order. Yes, I had brought my order number. I see no point to making an online order.

I had trouble getting out of that, because the window told me I had to choose one. I did get out, and I'm not being sent any magazines I don't want. The next time I'm offered something great for free, I'll just reply no'.
