My computer was getting very hot. I took it to the Genius Bar and they kept it overnight for analysis. When I picked it up the invoice said they had done repairs but THE EMPLOYEE DIDN'T EVEN KNOW IF ANY CHANGES HAD BEEN MADE.

This is the way things should be! My question about availability was swiftly and competently answered in an on-line chat, I was notified by email of shipping, checked the tracking information, and received the package just as promised.

The item I ordered was on back order and I was not notified of the extent of the time frame. When I called I was told it was no available but expected in around the end of March (I ordered it in February)but the were not sure and they had sereval hundred on back order.

They also provide recomendations and advice on potential options. I have never been disappointed with their service, nor the products they recommmended to me. I am a pro photographer, and in one session, I got help on a monitor calibration device/software, a quality display, replacement bulbs for my soft box, a digital photo frame, and a reflector stand that can double duty as an umbrella stand (with an attachment). They seamlessly connected me to the relevant experts to provide recos on the software, hardware, lighting and accessories. Everything arrived within a couple of days, packed so professionally that with the same box, you could have transported eggs without a crack! I am a loyal B&H'er, and highly recommend them.

I have purchased a few times from Woodwind & Brasswind now, I feel comfortable. Packings and products are all adequate and secured. One thing I noticed was they have a lot of selections but the search engine somehow was not flexible enough to find the partial key word I entered. I had to google to find out more specific keyword and came back to Woodwind & Brasswind site to get it.
