sometimes frustrated by lack of variety

This was the first time I have ordered anything on line from Lowes, and it was a great experience. They had the exact product I wanted and it was ready to pick p at my local Lowes store. I oredered the product in the morning and I picked it up after work that afternoon. The customer service staff was speedy and very courteous.

Pick up at the store was the hardest part. They were short staffed and it took some time. Also, I needed extension poles for the fan. A very helpful representative then came and helped me, even taking the entire order to my car.

When I placed the order at about 10 or 11 in the morning it said it would be delivered that same day. It was actually delivered the next day.I considered next day delivery excellent service but when lowes didn't meet the expectation they set by indicating same day delievery when I ordered it lowered my satisfation with the experience.

very happy with purchase, but the instruction manual was in Spanish, no English manual included. Resolved via phone conversation. Obviously an oversight by the delivery personnel.

Quick easy and less expensive?

I have never had any problems with Zappos and have always received myorders on time. My most recent purchase, however, was the fastest delivery I have ever experienced when selecting standard shipping!! I was completely surprised and did not expect to receive my order so soon! (Not to mention the shipping is free) Thank you Zappos! I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Don't sell items on line if you do not have them.Dry Idea was back logged over 10 days.Usually items come in a quick manner.

It would be more helpful to - at time of order - tell the customer which shipping agent would be used, given the items ordered.

Have used this company on a couple of occasions. There dog products for pills are great. I have a greyhound that needs to take meds daily and I use the pill pockets daily. The pricing is good and delivery is excellent.

The cat beds I purchased were not what I expected. I thought they would be 13 inches deep but instead were 13 inches high when they were popped out to make the enclosed cat bed.

I was satisfied with the product and the price was right.

This was a great deal. Two 15 inch PA speakers for under $200

RadioShack.com has the things that the local Radio Shack stores used to carry years ago. I am still glad to see Radio Shack still supports the amateur electronics builders/hobbyists and young science kids.

The main bowl of the food mill appears to be a little more flimsy than I would like it to be. I am also concerned that it might be cheaply constructed or that the materials used may be inferior/harmful to health now that I see it was made in China. I have not used it yet, so I will withhold any further judgment until I do. The cookie scoop and pizza pans are exactly what I expected.

My mother had her hands cut multiple times by your packing material. She is undergoing chemotherapy and it took all night for her to stop bleeding. I emailed the company and got ZERO response.

Elsa (Ilsa) is a most prized customer service representative. She is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and is extremely helpful in assisting me with any questions I may have. She shows a genuine willingingness to serve above and beyond. Her kindness toward those of us who are hearing impaired is appreciated. She is a gem! Cutlery And More has packaged each order so that it arrives in excellent condition. Although they have no control of what happens to the package once it leaves their destination, they make sure that each item is packaged to arrive unscathed.

Love the "pig" canisters and measuring cups. They are so cute on my counter and with rubber seals they keep ingredients dry and fresh!

The only thing I would like to see is more information on how to use this stone item, I like the piece as it`s a lot more user friendly, than the one wqe have used for years. The handles are a great feature, and the coating makes for a easy clean up.
